01 · 2009Supportia became my founder education
I founded Supportia to make technology support more accessible. Becoming a managing director and employer taught me that a good idea is only the beginning. Cash flow, hiring, operations, customer expectations and personal responsibility arrive at the same time.
Supportia also taught me how quickly growth can expose weaknesses in structure and financing. When the company failed, the useful choice was to be specific about the decisions behind the outcome.
02 · 2014–2016Writing and speaking openly about failure
This website became a place to answer in my own voice and preserve what happened while the details were still close. In 2016 I spoke at Fuckup Nights Oslo about the Supportia bankruptcy.
The point was not to celebrate failure. Failure only becomes useful when we examine what we controlled, what we misunderstood and what we need to change.

03 · 2017–2023BizBot and the digital co-founder idea
The administration I had experienced at Supportia contributed to the idea behind BizBot: a digital co-founder that could help small companies navigate tools and recurring tasks.
BizBot brought a new set of lessons about software, fundraising, investors, startup loans and partnerships. The company was eventually closed. The underlying problem — founders losing time to fragmented administration — did not disappear, and parts of the idea continue through later tool and directory projects.
04 · CAPITAL AND RISKFinancing is never only a number
Capital can buy time, but its terms shape later decisions. My experience with startup loans and personal guarantees made the private downside of entrepreneurship very concrete.
The historical posts on this site show my perspective at the time. Conditions and public schemes can change, so current terms must always be checked with the relevant provider.

05 · AFTER CLOSINGA company can end without erasing the experience
Closing a company affects finances, identity and relationships. It also forces a distinction between the legal entity, the original idea and the competence developed along the way.
I now use this site as a structured archive rather than pretending every old conclusion is current. Dates, context and sources matter.
06 · NOWA portfolio with clearer homes
Eggemartens.com is the personal hub. Marked og vekst is the professional home for marketing, B2B sales and consulting. Work Smart, Not Hard is the specialist home for systems, automation and sustainable work. Other projects cover support, health information, travel, finance, peace initiatives and family history.
The common thread is practical digital projects and the willingness to document both progress and mistakes.
